I had to share this wonderful recipe with you. It’s not my recipe, but it’s definitely worth sharing.
I found this gem in my Rachael Ray Magazine, and knew I had to give it a shot. Also, I had some beets I had purchased with the intent of juicing (and didn’t), that were going bad, so it conveniently used up produce that I needed to cook!
If you’re like me, by the end of the day, you’re ready to kick off your shoes and take a few minutes to relax. I also enjoy having a drink or two during those few beautiful, fleeting moments of relaxation. Did you know that adults who drink moderately (1 drink daily for women and 2 drinks for men) maintain healthier, longer lives than from those who abstain? According to several studies, that is true. Just keep moderation in mind, because those that drink more than “moderate” risk serious health issues.
I have compiled a list of 15 “clean” cocktails that are void of additives, preservatives or processed ingredients. Enjoy!
