Ecocentric Mom provided me with a free sample of this product to review, and I was under no obligation to review it if I so chose. Nor was I under any obligation to write a positive review in return for the free product.
About Ecocentric Mom
Ecocentric Mom is my favorite natural pregnancy box for women who are conscientious about what goes onto and into their bodies. Especially during pregnancy, women have to consider what they eat, and also think about the chemicals absorbed through the skin. You may not think about it, but chemicals are found in many products, including lotions, facial creams, and perfumes. It is hard to know where to start when looking for organic and healthy beauty and home products, but Ecocentric Mom is a great resource. They have already researched companies, and put together a box full of goodies to try!
They offer three different box options: Moms, Moms-to-Be and Mom & Baby Box. Each box is filled with new and healthy products to try, from nail polish to laundry powder! If you have been wanting to transition to or are looking for healthier alternatives, this is a great way to try out and explore new products, at an affordable price!
Here is what this month’s Pregnancy box included!

As a nursing mom, I was really excited about the reusable nursing pads. They’re made with a milk-proof backing and ultra-soft bamboo rayon and organic cotton velour. They are reusable too, so you can feel good about protecting your clothes (and dignity!) without adding to the landfills.
Their 100% certified organic nipple balm keeps you feeling soft and healthy, and it is safe for baby. The balm is made with healing herbs to help soothe nursing moms.
$15.50 for 3.5 fl oz, travel size included
Our skin is the body’s largest organ, so it is imperative that we take care of it! Branch to Nature Thyme Facial Astringent is for all skin types, it’s sulfate and paraben free, and gently cleanses, refreshes and revives. It is a fragrant astringent, and leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean without the chemicals.
$15.99 for 64 loads (128 HE loads), travel size included
Laundry detergent was one of the first things that I changed, when I first started thinking about natural living. My daughter had such sensitive skin, and the dyes, chemicals and fragrances in laundry detergent and fabric softeners had to go. I was excited to try Meliora K Laundry Powder, which is free from fragrances, dyes and brighteners. Their ingredients are easy to read, and can be counted on one hand. They work in HE front load machines, as well as regular washers.
Ecocentric Mom subscribers received a discount for 15% off any order through the end of September.
$1.99 for 5 to 8 gram packet, 3 included
I love seasoning blends, and Ground 2 Table makes me appreciate them even more, as their organic blends are salt-free, sugar-free and contain no GMOs. They blends are put in single use packets, for convenience and ease of use. The have a variety of seasoning packs to try, including Mesquite BBQ, Salsa, and Cinnamon & Spice.
$38 for 1 fl oz, .2 fl oz included
I have been a huge fan of the Oil Cleansing Method for years now, and I love the way natural oils feel on my dry skin. Earthwise Beauty has created a Tangerine Skies Facial Oil that is a fragrant blend of three carefully selected oils, and a few essential oils that brighten, firm, and rejuvenate the skin, as well as provide anti-inflammatory topical effects. This was probably my favorite product in this month’s box, as it smelled citrusy and left my skin feeling radiant and energized.
Available in 1 and 6 oz bags at a retailer near you
My oldest kiddo has recently started kindergarten, and I am having a blast packing her lunches every week. I rely on healthy snacks to toss with her lunch to make things a little easier on me! One thing we have stocked up on is Boom Chick A Pop popcorn, because their popcorn is always simple, and always real. I am a label reader, and I love that I know and feel comfortable with every ingredient that goes into their food. It also tastes great!
$18/month of Unlimited Access, one month trial included
So, I am way excited about this. Pilates Anytime gives you unlimited access to an extensive library of pilates videos, which includes 1,800 classes, tutorials and discussions. Their videos are HD and can be streamed from the PC, tablet, smartphone or TV.
