Week 4 – The Food
After 28 days eating Personal Trainer Food, I am still loving the food! Here’s what I’ve been eating this week:

Dinner’s have been a breeze on the Personal Trainer Food program! It has been great getting off work, and having a healthy, delicious dinner that can be prepared in only a few minutes.
Week 4 – Easy Workouts
The Personal Food Trainer program recommends that its users walk 20 minutes per day (about 2,000 steps). To get in my steps, I have been taking a 15-minute work break in the morning and afternoon, and walking around outside. The break actually helps clear my head and when I return to work, I have more energy and am more productive.
I have also been running or hiking on the weekends. Last weekend, my boyfriend and I went up to a beautiful hiking trail with unique rock formations. I have found that I very much prefer to walk/exercise outdoors, when the weather permits. Being outdoors, there are so many fascinating things to observe, and it makes the experience much more enjoyable.

Day 28 BMI – 24.6%
Pounds lost – 7
I feel great about the progress I made over the course of 28 days with Personal Trainer Food!
