Clean Eating Recipes
In a nutshell, clean eating means eating food that is as close to its original state as possible. Think of picking an apple off a tree, digging a potato out of the ground, or roasting sunflowers seeds picked right off the flower. The less altered a food is, the “cleaner” it is.
I love creating clean eating recipes to share with my family and friends, because they are always blown away at how delicious the meals are. I cook with fresh vegetables and fruit, lean meats and whole grains. My recipes use real butter and whole-fat dairy. They’re filling and delicious, and they’re made from scratch.
Eating clean = eating healthy = eating amazingly delicious meals
Once you get used to eating clean, you’ll never enjoy processed pre-made meals in the freezer section again. You’ll find McDonald’s food taste fake. You’ll feel better and may lose weight, without having to count calories.
