How it works:
Since this lip scrub is such a simple recipe, you might be wondering how it works.
- The sugars are a large enough particle that they scrub away any of the dried or dead skin on your lips.
- Since you’re using coconut oil as your base, it then helps to add moisture onto your newly cleared lips as well.
How often can you do a lip scrub at home?
Since you’re using natural ingredients and no chemicals, you should be fine to do this lip scrub once per week. However, if you notice that it’s irritating your lips at all, spread it out more or stop using it at all.
