Take, for instance, these Keto air fried ranch cauliflower bites. They’re simple but so delicious and creative. They’re cooked in an air fryer, which makes them super easy to prepare and cook.

Keto Air Fried Ranch Cauliflower Bites
For this recipe, you’ll need:
- A medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning
Start by preheating your air fryer to 350 degrees (or, if using your oven, preheat to 450).
In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and heavy whipping cream.
In a shallow bowl, stir together the almond flour and ranch seasoning.
Dip the cauliflower into the egg mixture, then dredge with almond flour mixture. Repeat for all cauliflower.
For the Air Fryer
Place the dipped cauliflower bites onto a parchment lined tray or fry basket and place them into the air fryer. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes until browned and crispy.
For the Oven
Place dipped cauliflower on a foil-lined tray and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until browned and crispy.
Then enjoy! These go great solo, or you can even pair them with a side of ranch dressing or buffalo sauce. Or, even pair them with keto fried pickles!
