These keto chicken lettuce wraps are made with rotisserie chicken, so it takes less than 10 minutes to make. Each serving has 6 net carbs.
Finding easy and delicious keto lunch ideas can be hard, when you’re trying not to eat fast food, especially if you work outside the home.
I recently discovered these keto chicken lettuce wraps and they are unbelievably easy to put together, inexpensive, and really tasty. They are also keto-friendly, coming in at only 6 net carbs per serving.
The secret to keeping these low carb lettuce wraps keto-friendly is to use a low carb teriyaki sauce. I really love Primal Kitchen Teriyaki Sauce. It’s soy-free and organic and has a great flavor. It also comes in at only 3 carbs per tablespoon, which is pretty impressive for a sweet sauce. Plus, once you have a bottle on hand, this teriyaki sauce also pairs really well with a ribeye, drizzled on top of roasted vegetables, or a bun-less Hawaiian burger.
