Week 2 – The Food
The second week of the Personal Trainer Food program has gone great! I have been eating omelets paired with sausage or bacon for breakfast each morning. I have been enjoying some delicious combinations, including:

It’s the perfect amount of food to keep me satisfied until lunch.
For lunch and dinner, I have been pairing fantastic entrees with hearty servings of a variety of vegetables. Some of my favorite combinations have been:

Week 2 – Easy Workouts
One of the things I love about Personal Trainer Food is that it is really easy to integrate into my busy lifestyle. I am a working parent with 2 young kids, so time is a scarce resource. The convenience of having healthy meals packaged and ready to go has been invaluable. In addition, this program allows me to lose weight without going to the gym for 2 hours everyday (which I would never have the time to do).
To follow this program, all I have to do is walk 20 minutes per day (about 2,000 steps). To get in my steps, I take a 15-minute work break in the morning and afternoon, and take a walk outside. The break actually helps clear my head and when I return to work, I have more energy and am more productive.

Day 1 BMI – 25.7%
Day 8 BMI – 25.1%
Day 15 BMI – 24.9%
Pounds lost – 4.6
I’d like to note that I am now in the “healthy” BMI range! I am also excited to share that my energy levels have been much higher, and my productivity, both at work and home, has increased. In general, I am just feeling better and feel like my body is stronger and healthier, now that I am fueling it with optimal nutrition.
