So this week has been crazy! I am getting married in just a few days and I’m pretty sure August has been the busiest month in the 35 years I’ve been on this earth. I’ve been trying to figure out what can be set aside until we get through the wedding, and cooking dinners was at the top of the list.
And while cooking happens to be one is one of my favorite hobbies, I just don’t have time for it right now. But, I’m also not willing to feed my family fast food every day for a month.
So, my solution? Sweet Earths pizzas!
Sweet Earth Pizzas
I found Sweet Earth pizza at my local Whole Foods and it delivers on so many keys that are important to me. Sweet Earth pizzas are:
- High in Protein
- 70%+ Organic
- High in Fiber
- High in Nutrients
- Vegetarian and Vegan options
- Bold Flavors
- Tastes Great!
My family loves their Herb Lover’s 5 Cheese pizza, which is handcrafted with a rosemary herb crust that was full of flavor. The 5 cheeses were mozzarella, Fontina, Asiago, Romano, and Parmesan.
Scanning the ingredients, I felt comforted knowing that every ingredient as familiar to me — no extra unnecessary ingredients!
The next night, my family tried the Protein Lover’s Pizza, which is plant-based, but you wouldn’t know it! It has vegan pepperonis, vegan Tuscan savory gounds, roasted red peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
These yummy ingredients are on a crust made from ancient grains, like chia seed and quinoa. I am super appreciative that many of the ingredients are organic. You almost never see that in frozen pizzas!
Other flavors Sweet Earth has includes Veggie Lovers (which is vegan) and Truffle Lover’s – which I haven’t got to try yet, but it’s on my shopping list for after the wedding.
