Peach, Basil and Bacon Baked Brie

  • 1 8- oz brie round
  • 1/4 cup peach jam
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 3 - 4 basil leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrape off the rind on the top of the brie wheel, then scoop out a spoonful of the brie on top. Fill with peach jam and bake in preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp, then crumble. Cut basil into thin strips.
  3. Remove brie from oven and top with crumbled bacon and basil strips. Serve immediately.
