Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 6 cubes ice
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/3 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp 100% cocoa dark chocolate
  • 10 drops liquid stevia

Instructions

  1. Soak chia seeds in 1/3 cup water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. If too thick, add more water or milk, 1 tbsp at a time.
