  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grab 2 baking sheets and line them with parchment paper.

  2. Line out provolone slices, keeping 1″ distance between each. Bake in preheated oven for 4 – 6 minutes, until the edges start to brown.

  3. Meanwhile, brown ground pork in a pan. Once cooked through, transfer to a food processor along with cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and sriracha. Blend until it forms a paste like consistency.

  4. Remove cheese from the oven, then add 1 tablespoon of the filling to each wrapper.

  5. Fold one side of the wrapper onto the other, forming a half circle.

To Finish in Oven

  1. Place potstickers back in the oven on a low broil, for 2 minutes, until the surface browns.

To Finish on Stove top

  1. Heat a pot over medium-high heat, then pan fry the potstickers for a few seconds per side, until browned. Make sure your pan is hot enough, otherwise the potstickers will melt before they brown.

Dipping Sauce

  1. Combine ingredients, mixing well.
