Keto Strawberry and Walnut Popsicles

You're going to love the fun flavor and taste of these simple keto popsicles!

Ingredients

  • 1 small pack or half or a large pack strawberry sugar free fat free Jello 
  • 1 cup boiling hot water 
  • ¼ cup finely chopped strawberries 
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Topping Ingredients

  • ¼ cup crushed walnuts 
  • ¼ cup Lily’s baking chocolate chips 
  • 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Boil water and when it is done, mix in Jello until fully dissolved.

  2. Add in cream and strawberries and mix completely.

  3. Pour into your Popsicle molds and freeze for 5 hours minimum.

  4. When they are frozen, take your baking chips and melt them in the microwave for 1-2 30 second increments. Stir until completely melted. Add cream 1 tablespoon at a time. This will thin out the chocolate and make it easier to drizzle.

  5. Drizzle popsicles with chocolate and walnuts and put back in the freezer for about 30 minutes (until the chocolate hardens).
