Keto Big Mac Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup Onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 slices American Cheese, cut into 4ths
  • 15 slices Dill Pickle
  • Lettuce 

Secret Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, mix together your meat, salt, and onion.

  3.  Divide the meat into 15 balls and then flatten them on a cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked completely. 

  4. While the meat is in the oven, mix every ingredient together for your secret sauce. Set aside. 

  5. When your burgers are done baking, pull them out and turn off the oven. Place a fourth of the slice of cheese on each burger and put back in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted. 

  6. Once the cheese is melted, pull them out, and prepare to serve.

  7. On the cheese, place a couple slices of lettuce, slice of pickle, and skewer. 

  8. Serve while warm with your secret sauce, and enjoy!!
