  1. Place the chopped onions, potatoes, and broth ina large stock pot

  2. Bring the water to a boil

  3. Reduce the heat to medium.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender

  4. Do not drain the potatoes and onions. Instead, mash or whip everything together in the stock pot

  5. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
