TABASCO® Jalapeno Sauce and Roasted Garlic add a fun and flavorful spin on the classic mashed potatoes!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice off the top of a head of garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap with foil, place on a baking sheet, and bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Once cooked, gently remove cloves from skin and set aside.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of hot water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, about 12 - 15 minutes.
Strain the water from the potatoes, and return back to the pot. Add heavy cream, butter, and roasted garlic cloves. Stir in TABASCO®, one teaspoon at a time, until desired flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
