Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp organic sugar cane
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, other than olive oil, and whisk together until combined. Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly, until fully incorporated. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
