  • 8 low-carb tortillas net carbs 4g
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 3 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 12 oz top sirloin steak cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese


  1. Chop the spinach, then set aside.

  2. Warm 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then season the sliced sirloin steak well with salt and pepper.

  3. Add sirloin steak to the pan with olive oil and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add in chopped spinach, feta, and cream cheese. Cook until cheese has melted, and stir well.

  5. Divide mixture evenly onto 4 tortillas, then top with another tortilla to create the keto quesadillas.

  6. Wipe the pan clean, add a little more olive oil, then lightly cook each quesadilla to brown each side, about 3 minutes per quesadilla.
