A low-carb keto-friendly truffles made with cream cheese, butter, maple flavored syrup, and bacon.
Add cream cheese and butter to a stand mixer and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add maple flavoring to the mixture and mix until blended.
In a separate bowl, combine vanilla and Stevia, then pour into the cream cheese mixture. Mix to combine.
Place the mixture in the fridge for one hour. Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crisp and cooked through. Allow to cool, then crumble bacon into a shallow dish.
Remove the cream cheese mixture from the fridge. Form into round truffles, each about 1 tablespoon in size.
Roll the truffles in the bacon, then place on a cookie sheet. Once done, place in fridge for at least 2 hours before enjoying.
Note: Store any remaining truffles in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
