A quick and easy keto-friendly appetizer made with ranch cauliflower bites
Start by preheating your air fryer to 350 degrees (or, if using your oven, preheat to 450).
In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and heavy whipping cream.
In a shallow bowl, stir together the almond flour and ranch seasoning.
Dip the cauliflower into the egg mixture, then dredge with almond flour mixture. Repeat for all cauliflower.
Place the dipped cauliflower bites onto a parchment lined tray or fry basket and place them into the air fryer. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes until browned and crispy.
Place dipped cauliflower on a foil-lined tray and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until browned and crispy.
