Instant Pot Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • green onions optional
  • sesame seeds optional


  1. Combine soy sauce, water, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in the instant pot. Add in pork tenderloin, close lid, and seal. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes, then allow the pressure to release naturally, about another 7 minutes.

  2. Remove pork, then turn instant pot to saute. Combine cornstarch with 2 tsp of water, mixing well, the pour into instant pot. Stir well and saute until thickened, about 2 minutes.

  3. Ladle thickened sauce over pork loin and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over cooked rice or zoodles.
