An easy recipe for keto air fried pickles
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
Place the almond flour into a shallow bowl or plate. Add Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Beat the egg in a small bowl.
Add crushed pork rind crumbs into a shallow bowl or plate.
Dip the pickles in the almond flour mixture, then the egg, then dredge in pork rinds.
Place breaded pickle chips into the air fryer and cook 10 - 15 minutes, until lightly brown and crispy.
