  1. Remove skin from rotisserie chicken and then shred the chicken.

  2. Break apart lettuce and lay each leaf out on a flat surface. 

  3. Fill each lettuce wrap with chicken, then sprinkle on cashews. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and enjoy!
