An air fryer recipe for keto sticky chicken thighs
Start by whisking together the soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, ginger paste, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder in a bowl.
Pour the marinade into a large Ziploc bag, then add chicken. Zip the bag and make sure chicken is well coated.
Let the chicken marinade for at least one hour, and up to overnight.
Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
Cook the chicken on a rack in the air fryer for 20 – 25 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
Allow chicken to sit for a few minutes inside the air fryer with the heat turned off.
Remove chicken from air fryer, then garnish with chopped green onions an sesame seeds.
