Elevate your weekday dinner with these air fried keto chicken thighs! Each serving is only 2 net carbs.
When I started doing keto, one of the hardest things to give up is Asian food. It is seriously my favorite type of cuisine, but can often be loaded with carbs.
A few months into my keto experience, I started learning how to make modifications to recipes, so I can still enjoy my favorite foods while on a keto diet.
These air fried keto chicken thighs are full of flavor and only have 2 net carbs. How is that possible? By adding in Swerve brown sugar substitute you get that distinct sugary and salty combination of sticky chicken, without all of the carbs.
