Keto Big Mac Bites
Just gather up the super short list of ingredients below to get started!
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup Onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 slices American Cheese, cut into 4ths
- 15 slices Dill Pickle
- Lettuce
Secret Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoon Dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl, mix together your meat, salt, and onion.
Divide the meat into 15 balls and then flatten them on a cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until cooked completely.
While the meat is in the oven, mix every ingredient together for your secret sauce. Set aside.
When your burgers are done baking, pull them out and turn off the oven. Place a fourth of the slice of cheese on each burger and put back in the oven until the cheese is slightly melted.
Once the cheese is melted, pull them out, and prepare to serve. On the cheese, place a couple slices of lettuce, slice of pickle, and skewer.
Serve while warm with your secret sauce, and enjoy!!
Can you use turkey meat for this recipe?
You can! If you’re wanting to cut down on the fat content, just swap out the beef recipe and use turkey meat instead.
What other toppings can you add to these keto mini burgers?
Anything that you want! If you can get it to stick on the toothpick, it’ll work. I love to add onions and tomatoes to mine but you can seriously add on anything that you want. Fresh jalapeños can be a great choice, too!
