I am back again, and trying to get you to head to the kitchen for another wonderful face mask! This face mask has a lot going for it.
Moisturizing & Exfoliating Strawberry Face Mask
Strawberries are packed with Vitamin C, which aids in anti-aging, reduces blemishes and acne, helps the production of collagen, and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. It is filled with antioxidants and phytochemicals. The seeds in the strawberries act as a gentle exfoliant, removing dry or dead skin.
Honey is a wonderful skin moisturizer. It’s a natural antioxidant and can prevent skin from premature wrinkling caused from sun damage. It also has antimicrobial properties which promotes healing and prevents against infections.
Olive Oil is another great moisturizer. Olive oil is useful for skin irritations, such as dry, itchy or inflamed skin, or skin affected by eczema or psoriasis. It also has excellent anti-aging properties.
Oatmeal is a very soothing to irritated, itchy, dry, or red skin. It is a great exfoliating agent and helps cleanse your skin from impurities.
Combine these all together, and you get the perfect moisturizing & exfoliating face mask!
Ingredients:
- 3 strawberries, washed with tops removed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp uncooked oats
Here’s What You Do:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until mixed and oats are a bit broken up.
- Apply to clean face (avoiding the eyes), and leave on for 10-15 minutes
- Rinse and gently wipe dry with a towel

The mask smells good enough to eat! After I applied the mask, Elle followed me around, telling me “Momma, your face dirty! Clean your face!!”

Can’t wait to try this one. I usually use honey and lemon as my DIY facial mask. I love eating strawberries but I had no idea it is best to skin as a face mask. Thank you for sharing.
